Lowe has worked with such jazz legends as Billie Holiday, Lester uninitiated, Charlie Parker and Charles Mingus. He played in bands studio for television shows such as "A Season in Manhattan" with Cy Coleman, "The Kate Smith Hour" with Stan Getz, Doc Severinsen and Dave Garraway "Today Show" with George Duvivier and Ed Shaughnessy.

His own recordings cover "After Hours" with Sarah Vaughn and "Bittersweet" with Carmen McRae. Lowe worked with his own quintet and toured with the Triune André Previn.

Ferguson began his profession with the New Christy Minstrels, and after impressive in Nashville in 1981, hastily established itself as a studio musician.
