... I hear a version on the radio all the time but can never find it anywhere, maybe it was done with another band.

Does anyone know if Ozzy Paranoid redid with another band recently?

Upon first listen, you will hear the poor production. This particular package was an attempt at not only re-mastering the album, but to give it a total re-mix. That can still happen but for now this is the best we have. Regardless, the songs are great and Ian Gillan screams his way throughout. The re-master is miles better than the original pressing. Twenty-eight years of advancing technology has enabled the re-issue business to become a good one. There is more to come. The new edition comes as a tri-fold sleeve with all of the liners in a booklet. It’s great stuff for those who know little of the album and its origins. The liners include a full explanation of how the “devil baby” cover came into existence and the hilarious responses that the cover got from the members of the band. I love the cover and was blown away when first seeing it on a poster while emerging from the subway in New York City. It also includes “The Fallen,” an unreleased track that didn’t make the album.

This is the first of three known recordings of Black Sabbath playing "changes" to an audience. There are about 6 months, I posted the kind Tony Martin did in 1995. This is the first life was made during a performance in Ngaruawahia, New Zealand January 7, 1973. This was also the only values bright and early Black Sabbath played in New Zealand. The record itself is not so bad about his age. Unequivocal advantage hearing. Partying!
