The guitar is probably around 50 + years and is doing well, so clearly made.
Try searching for harmonycentral, or find the name Teisco Del Ray on the web. This is probably not a "Teisco you've noticed, but who knows, you might get closer. Is it a lock on the neck and if so, remove the neck and look in the cave there, that could at least tell you if it was made in the USA
