I want to buy a Sankyo flute, but I can't find a dealer in my area. How can I order online?

I found something for you at Woodwind & Brasswind. They have Sankyo flutes and they have in stock ... Surely, they can order a specially made for you. I'll add the link, but I have dealt with many times WWBW and find more staff to deal with them by phone ... which is what you have to do to order custom anyway. 1-800 - 348-5003 is their toll. At least it is a place to start.
