DVDs are DVD players only. I think you meant CDRS. CDRS means the system of computer disk recording. CDRS that are around such as DVDs and CDs. But this is only the CDRS is the disk of the computer that records all round image and music on the Internet and the CD player, etc. on the computer only.
But you could try to put the CDR in the computer CD drive and try to delete the images progressively.

Bullet that hit Blockbuster store may be related to fatal shooting
Rapid City police have not ruled out that a bullet that came through the wall of the Blockbuster store on East Anamosa Street on Tuesday was related to the shooting that killed one police officer and wounded two others.
The owners of the store notified police about 4:30 p.m. of a stray bullet that pierced an exterior wall near the rear of the store before hitting two DVD cases and falling to the ground. Two employees and a handful of customers were in the store at the time, but no one was injured, said Eric Seljeskog, owner of the Blockbuster franchise in Rapid City. The bullet left a hole roughly the size of a quarter in the wall.
"The bullet came through the wall. We called right after, not realizing what was going on down the street," Seljeskog said. "I'm sure it was all related to that."
Police officers recovered the bullet and took the damaged DVDs into evidence. The store continued to operate as normal late Tuesday afternoon, with only a small area in the Drama section cordoned off.
