How much does it cost to repair a vintage acoustic guitar?
I have this old guitar in the 1970s, using it to my mother when she was nine, but he has some pieces missing (besides the fact that it needs new strings). One machine head is missing, and the bridge must be replaced. How do you think would be the cost?
Btw This guitar is not a child of nine years.
Replacing a machine developed is not too expensive, but finding one that will match a 30 + year old guitar may be difficult. Replacement of a bridge is more expensive and more depend on whether a stock bridge will work or if you need to be designed for your guitar. Probably the two repairs will cost about $ 150, if not a little more.
You did not specify what kind of guitar it is. It's up to you to decide if it really worth spending the money. Good luck.

Brad Paisley's a country leader
Rad Paisley didn’t waste any time at Comcast Center on Saturday night. By the end of opening number “Mud on the Tires,” the 38-year-old country icon had played acoustic guitar under the spotlight, wielded an electric guitar on a stage extension and trekked through the near-capacity crowd to greet fans.Paisley’s explosive kickoff set the tone for his nearly two-hour set: musical prowess, energy to spare and Southern charm. Paisley’s ever-present cowboy hat advertises his country roots, but his songs speak to crossover appeal. In Paisley’s repertoire, you won’t find endless talk of rebel flag-waving pride and woe-is-me tales of whiskey and bad women. Paisley’s brand of country is more of pop-culture-friendly pick-me-up than a backwoods anthem or a barroom lament.
Saturday’s set included “Celebrity,” “Camouflage,” the anthemic “American Saturday Night” and feel-good “Working on a Tan,” sort of Beach Boys meets Southern rock. Graphics that populated the video screen during “Welcome to the Future” highlighted the fact that Paisley is, indeed, country for the modern audience. The muscular “Ticks” would have likely appealed to those who subscribe to the popular claim “I like all music — except country.”
