The two sub-genre in mainstream Hip Hop Jazz.
Can I say jazz rap is part of the movement of urban jazz? Or are they separate?
Jazz Rap does rapping strictly, while Urban Jazz vocal means may be more tones RnB?

Jazz rap is a fusion of alternative hip hop and jazz, developed in the 1980s, very late and early 1990s. Known for intellectual, lyrics often socio-political or Afrocentric and jazz beats (sometimes performed by a live band instead of the sample), jazz rap has not become a huge mainstream success, he instead sells primarily to small base of dedicated fans.
Although some claim the proto-hip hop, jazzy poet Gil Scott-Heron the beginning of the jazz rap, the genre arose in 1988 with the release of the first singles by Gang Starr ( "Words I Manifest", which samples Charlie Parker ) and Stetsasonic ( "Talkin 'All That Jazz," which samples Lonnie Liston Smith).

electricjive: Morris Goldberg's Urban Jazz Band (1975)
When we talk about jazz pioneers Morris Goldberg Shawl name is mentioned in the same order type with Dollar and Chris McGregor. This gem was recorded in 1975, when Goldberg was visiting South Africa for his New York lascivious. Both Goldberg and percussionist Monty Weber were part of the "Manenburg" story. Goldberg was the saxophone virtuoso third whose name does not go back on loans to coat. Suppose some of the back-story here.
